If your company is currently exporting, planning to sell to foreign markets or importing components or technology, you can't afford to miss this AeA seminar. We will provide an update on current discussions in Washington on trade issues and will cover requirements for: registration (applicable even if you are not exporting); export licensing; prior approval of distribution agreements, and record-keeping. Also included will be an overview of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), an overview of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), information on the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), how to increase senior management awareness of critical compliance issues and the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) on internal international trade controls.
