Who should attend?
This is the ideal workshop for the experienced managers looking to quickly improve or refresh their management skills and ensure their effectiveness managing people.   Participants should have at least two full years of management experience; managers with more years of experience also welcome. 

About the Seminar:
This workshop is designed for experienced managers faced with the challenges of managing business results and employees. Participants in this one-day workshop will engage in skill building discussions, case study reviews, and experiential learning activities about management areas that continue to be challenging for most experienced managers.

  • Navigate and accelerate your team through the team formation process
  • Situationally manage and develop your employees to higher levels of performance 
  • Recognize the power and pitfalls of Matrix Management – diagnose and mitigate organizational problems
