The Way We Use Company Information

We maintain an Online Member Directory (http://www.techamerica.org/Members) which lists information on our member companies, including but not limited to company name, address, a description of that company’s products and services, demographic information such as DUNS number and EIN, revenue and employee information, and contracting experience. We also list the names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers for member contacts who are listed as “executives” or “business/procurement contacts”. When submitting a company update, the company information is entered in our database and immediately viewable on the Online Member Directory. This Website maintains links to sites which are not maintained by us. The information you disclose to any such sites is not covered by this policy and we are not responsible or liable for the content, policies, actions, or omissions of such sites.
