At TechAmerica, we recognize that learning and development are one of the key factors in meeting the business demands of  the future. Today, managers have to meet more challenges with fewer resources.  This must be accomplished while still creating extraordinary work environments.

Join TechAmerica from June 4 – 7 , 2012, to be part of a program that helps managers in technology companies invest in themselves and their career paths.  For over 30 years, the Santa Clara Management Development Program has strengthened the leadership of more than 1,000 managers and directors from 370 high-tech companies.

Who Should Attend

TechAmerica’s Santa Clara University Management Development Program is designed for new and mid-level technology company leaders from all functional areas including: Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Manufacturing.

The majority of  participants have a minimum of two years of management experience in a high technology company, and have had no formal management training.  Additionally, managers with more years of experience, but are facing challenges that require new skills thrive from this program.

Many TechAmerica member companies send managers every year to the Santa Clara University Management Development Program because they see results — stronger leaders and groups that function more smoothly and productively. Through continued participation, companies build management teams whose shared leadership concepts put them a step ahead of their competitors.
