Announcement at Berkner High School highlights $160 million initiative for Texas students

Dallas, TX – TechAmerica Texas, the oldest and largest voice for Technology in Texas, congratulates Governor Rick Perry for his $160 million initiative to expand the Texas Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (T-STEM) academies.

Established in 2006, the T-STEM program was designed for students pursuing a post-secondary education or career in one of these fields and has successfully provided resources for students to ensure they are prepared for their collegiate and vocational careers.
