The 45th Annual Vision Conference was held on October 21-22, 2009. November 19th: The DoD Macro Topline Presentation provides a ten-year forecast of the Defense Topline budget. It looks at the impact of the Macroeconomic environment and the internal environment of the Department of Defense on the future budgets of DoD.
