This half-day program will provide a current analysis of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and its likely impact on State, Local, and Federal Government technology budgets. An estimated $50 billion in federal stimulus funding with significant technology spending potential is flowing to the states and localities.
