This half-day program will provide a current analysis of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and its likely impact on State, Local, and Federal Government technology budgets. An estimated $50 billion in federal stimulus funding with significant technology spending potential is flowing to the states and localities. On July 9, expert speakers will provide an overview of the allowable technology expenditures under each funding stream at the state, local, and federal levels.
