2010 Growth Cap Overview

An updated commitment to Investing in the Business of Technology. AeA has merged with three other technology associations (ITAA, GEIA and CSIA) to form TechAmerica, the largest and strongest voice and resource for technology in the United States. AeA’s legacy of bringing technology companies and the investment community remains.  The TechAmerica Growth Cap Financial Conference is a neutral technology specific conference for both public and late-stage private companies that provides an intimate forum for in-depth discussions with investors, venture capitalists, and M&A firms.

TechAmerica presents the 2010 Growth Cap Financial Conference at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, the only neutral forum for smaller technology growth firms to meet with potential investors.

3 Growth Focused Company Tracks
Qualification criteria ensures the 60 companies presenting over two days are growing firms:

  • Special Cloud Computing Growth Track
  • High-growth Public (under $500m) Track
  • Late-stage Private (Series C or later and $10m or more in revenue) Track

Priv-MtgRm

Private Presentation Rooms
Instead of presentations to large groups with no opportunity to ask or answer the hard questions, company-to-investor communications occur in private meeting rooms.

Networking-Attendees

Networking Receptions
C-level technology executives, institutional investors, and analysts will network at two receptions and during hosted meals.

Unbiased Forum
Most financial conferences are produced by banks for their own gain. As the non-profit trade association representing the High-Tech Industry, our only goal is to provide a neutral space for technology companies to get the capital they need to keep our industry and country innovative.
